In consideration for my practice, the bridge from sender to receiver is integral to how I value my artwork. I do not consider the artwork complete without dialogue to facilitate the meaning behind what I create. As an artist practicing in visual communications, I seek to emphasize the social dynamics that persists after the work is initially presented. Whether this is conducted through comments on the Internet or others using their own art to build discussion, I believe that art can be democratic. Especially in a medium that relies on the public, sometimes designers disregard accessibility as a requirement outside of aesthetics. Yet, there is a certain kindness that comes when an individual is invited to the conversation.
TLDR; I’m an art student studying human centered design.
I read and then put my opinions into the void called the internet!
